Bulgur wheat with vegetables is a very nutritious and healthy food combination, and this salad is very easy to make. Cooking with Sea Water adds natural mineral salts to all the ingredients, which is very beneficial for our bodies.

Prepare and cook bulgur wheat. For 1 cup of bulgur, use 1 1/2 cups of fresh water with 1/2 cup of Sea Water.

First, bring the water mixed with Sea Water to a boil, add the bulgur, cook for 3-4 minutes, then let it sit for about 25 minutes. (previous recipe has the steps)

Chop the vegetables: 1 carrot, 1 or 2 green garlic, 1 tomato.

Sauté the carrot and garlic in a pan with a little olive oil.

Add sesame seeds.

Mix with the vegetables for a few minutes.

Add cooked chickpeas, a bit of turmeric, and parsley to taste.

Add the tomato.

Sauté all the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of Sea Water to taste.

Add the bulgur.

Mix everything well.
