Ingredients

  • 1chicken, wash clean and cut into pieces
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 4 tbspsweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 cloveshallot, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken with salt, let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge.

  2. 2

    Heat up butter in a wok, put shallots in, stir until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir for a while. Pour the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with fried shallot as garnish.
