Steps

Wash fish with toka or vinegar, and drain until dry

Slice onions, chop scallion and grind the habanero peppers

Wash and cut sorrel leaves

Wash and cut spinach

Arrange spices to be used

In a pan,drizzle oil

Onion, Spread some sorrel leaves, spinach, add seasoning, arrange fish, add more seasoning, pepper, spices, onion slices

Cover up with the remaining sorrel leaves,spinach and chopped scallion

Cover the pan and set on a low heat flame to cook for 30-35min until cooked and tender

Pair this margi with tuwon shinkafa and enjoy.
