Mix milk powder and milk,add the soaked mixture and add 6-8 tbspn milk and knead Just with little pressure

You should end up with a soft dough then cover with a cling film for 10 mins.It will make 20 balls roll into smooth balls

Deep fry at medium -low heat if dough ball comes up immediately to the top or gets brown it's overheated

If you find lots of wrinkles on the surface of the dough balls and seems hard to Make soft balls then your dough is too tight add little milk

Fry till pleasant brown,let it cool but not completely then add sugar syrup, don't add hot balls into hot syrup it will spoil the balls,soak in sugar syrup for 2hours

Serve with sugar syrup or youghurt
