Ingredients

1 cupsugar+1cup water boiled
1 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupYoghurt
1/4tspn cardamom
Pinchorange colour
1 cupwater
1/2tspn baking powder
Cooking oil

Steps

1

Mix the dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and water slowly as you mix to remove lumps
2

Fill mixture in a bottle with a hole on top(used empty tomato sauce bottle)
3

Press into spirals into a hot oil fry till crispy both sides
4

Dip into sugar syrup for 15 seconds and serve
