1/2 cwater
1/2big bag baby carrots
3chicken breast (or 1 per person)
3 lbscubed potatoes (or sweet potato, 1 lb a person)
1peeled and cubed onion
bowlFor the
3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 tspgarlic salt
1 tspground black pepper
1/4 cupearth balance butter
4 tablespoonbrown sugar
1 tspthyme
1 tablespoonMrs dash garlic and herb
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
For top
5 tablespoonearth balance butter
5small handfuls brown sugar

In order, do for the Crock-Pot

Do for the bowl and melt

Stir for the bowl, pour on top of crock evenly

Spread out for the top

Cook on low 6 to 8 hours

Use the broth for a gravy and serve
