  1. 1onion
  2. 1 headgarlic
  3. green peppercorns
  4. thyme
  5. leafbay
  6. rosemary
  7. oregano
  8. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce
  10. 1/2 cupbrandy
  11. 1little whole grain mustard
  12. 2.2 poundsvenison (about 1 kilogram)

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the onion, garlic, and bay leaf. Add the venison and cook over low heat for a bit. Then add all the other ingredients.

    Let it cook over low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Once it's covered in its juices, add the brandy and continue cooking until tender.

soy mari extremeña y ama de casa y abuela de tres,preciosas nietas Carla afri y Claudia y mis tres hijos Sara Chiki y mi rekena a los que adoro me encanta cocinar cojer una receta y hacerla a mi manera me encanta la cocina de otros paises me encantaria a aprender la cocina china arabe y argentia ect mi gran ilusión es aprender cada día más en el mundo de la cocina mi idea desde que empece aqui a publicar era en hacer recetas a la que todo el mundo pudiera aceder a poder hacerlas ya que hay receta que los ingredientes son dificiles de encontrar mis recetas estan basada en el dia a dia de mi casa aunque tambien trabajo la cocina mas complicada no queria enfocarla en ello ya que por experiencia se que muchas personas economicamente no pueden haceder a ellas por eso son mis recetas sencilla de que con un producto puedas hacer varias recetas diferentes ejemplo el pollo hay mil maneras de prepararlo y como eso mas
