First cut the fat off the chicken, cut the onion into about 5mm slices, then wash and cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.

Fill deep pan with: chicken, sliced onions, then minced tomatoes. Then add the 4 cubes of consommé and one 2/2 cm cube of butter on top.

Put lid on pan and first cook the pan at medium temperature. Wait until you see the tomato juice on the bottom of the pan.

From time to time, stir the insides of the pan and keep cooking for around 20 minutes.

After the time has passed, turn off the stove and pour it into individual dishes. Add your choice of an Italian spice.
