Boil the white chana. Take a pan, add oil, jeera, add boiled chana and half mashed it. Then add dry masala and mix it properly. Add dhaniya leave cook it.

Take a tawa heat it up. Add oil and heat the kulcha slice. After put some chana on tawa and put kulcha on chana heat it few minute.

Put the chana side front put the chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, dhaniya leave, spread the tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise over it.

Serve it hot.
