Ingredients

  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 250 gmlong okra
  • 1 tspturmeric and fennel seeds
  • 1 tspgaram masala and amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
  • 1 pinchhing (asafoetida)
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all wash okra,and cut from center and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now mix all spices and fill in the okra

  3. 3

    Now in a pan heat oil place okra and saute for a minute,now cover it and cook untill it become tendr.
