Ingredients

  • 2roast Baingan
  • 3chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok and add oil in it then add chopped onion and tomatoes and green chilli and all spices and saute for 5 min.

  2. 2

    Then add roasted baigan and mix well and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
