  4. 1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  6. 1 teaspoonKasuri Methi
  7. 1 teaspooncarom seeds (ajwain)
  8. 1 handfulcloves
  9. As neededOil for deep frying

  1. 1

    Take flour and semolina in a pot

    Add oil,salt and all spices

    Make a dough of medium consistency with lukewarm water

    Make small portions loi

    Roll ot into flat then fold twice and prick with a clove

    Make all nimki triangles in the same way

    Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy

    Remove in a plate then keep in a jar after cooling down
