Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMillet flour
  • Tamarind
  • Water 2 ltrs
  • 1 cupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak tamarind with warm water for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Sieve tamarind water on Millet flour and mix to get liquid batter

  3. 3

    Bring water to boil

  4. 4

    Pour boiled water on batter and mix

  5. 5

    Add sugar to taste.
