Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchesparsley, finely chopped
  2. 5tomatoes, diced
  3. 1/2 cupgreen onions, finely chopped (about 50 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupfresh mint, finely chopped (about 20 grams)
  5. 1/2 cuplettuce, finely chopped (about 30 grams)
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. Pomegranate molasses
  8. Salt
  9. Olive oil
  10. Fine bulgur wheat

Steps

  1. 1

    After chopping the vegetables, wash them thoroughly and drain well.

  2. 2

    Add the fine bulgur to the tomatoes.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, salt, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses well.

  4. 4

    Add the dressing to the tabbouleh and mix thoroughly.
