Ingredients

  1. 2 canscream of chicken soup
  2. 1 canrotel fire roasted tomatoes & chilies, drained
  3. 2 canscorn, drained
  4. 3jalapeños, seeded and diced
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 2 cups chicken broth
  7. 2 tbspCumin
  8. 1 tbspdried oregano
  9. 1/2 tspcayenne
  10. 1 tspdried cilantro
  11. 1 tspSmokey paprika
  12. Salt & pepper
  13. 4 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In large soup pot add everything except the cheese. Stirring to combine. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add in cheese, stir to combine. Simmer 5 minutes to melt cheese completely. Ready to eat! Enjoy.
