Garlic Mushrooms

I learnt this recipe from my sister in law. It's a very simple and full of flavours recipe and it doesn't take long to make. You could use salted butter if you wish to, you'll just have to reduce the amount of salt you add. I prefer adding more oil than required, as I love dipping the bread into the oil, it makes the bread tasty.
Garlic Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into halves.

Heat the oil and butter in a skillet on medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes and add the dry red chill and mix well. Cook further till the garlic is golden brown and the mushrooms are golden and crispy on the edges.

Season with salt, black pepper and dried mix herbs. Serve with a bread if your choice.
