Mix sugar with salt and yeast then add the water to the mix in a bowl and leave to stand for 1 minute.

Add the flour and mix then leave covered for 2 hours.

Slice the olives and chop up the Rosemary. Get a bit of the dough after it has risen and mix it in with some olive oil.

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 430 degrees.

Make a dip with olive oil and a chunk of Rosemary on the side as a dip for your bread
