Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspCarrots finely chopped
  2. 1 tbspCabbage finely chopped
  3. 1 tbspFrench beans finely chopped
  4. 1/4 tbspMushroom finely chopped (optional)
  5. 1 tbspGarlic/Ginger/chilli finely chopped
  6. 1 tspDark soya sauce
  7. 1 tspRed chilli sauce
  8. 1/4 tspVinegar
  9. 1 tbspcorn flour
  10. to taste Salt
  11. for garnishingspring onion
  12. 1 tspOil
  13. as requiredfried noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add garlic and ginger chilli. Saute and add all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add salt and saute for a min on high flame. Add salt.

  3. 3

    Make slurry with cornflour

  4. 4

    Add to it and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  5. 5

    Put soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Let it boil for 2 mins. Add spring onions.
    Serve hot with fried noodles.
