Steps

Heat oil in a wok add garlic and ginger chilli. Saute and add all vegetables.

Add salt and saute for a min on high flame. Add salt.

Make slurry with cornflour

Add to it and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Put soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.

Let it boil for 2 mins. Add spring onions.
Serve hot with fried noodles.
