Wash and peeled plantain,cut into cubes

Wash,marinde and cook gizzards.cut into small chunks

Cut all and remaining vegis into tiny pieces

Fry plantain and gizzards.set aside

In another saucepan,add little vegetable oil, add your minced garlic n onions, add your tomatoes,chili papers,seasoning,curry and thyme powder,allow to simmer for some minutes,now add the gizzard and plantain and stir.

Add your green and red pepper.stir for minutes,taste to adjust taste.
