Steps

Heat oil in vessel add garam masala Curd and water from chana (don't add chana at this point)let it boil add soaked rice. when water is reduced to half add chana cover and cook till done.

Soak chana overnight, boil chana with Ginger garlic and green chilli paste and salt in a cooker till done. Soak rice for 1/2hr.fry green chilli for garnish

Make raita by soaking Bondi in water and squeeze it,now add it to Curd beaten with salt, Red chilli powder and chat masala.

Make tomato chutney by grinding, tomato with green chilli, garlic and salt.
