  2. 1 bowlChana dal
  3. 1 tbsp Ginger chilli paste
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  6. 2 tspOil
  7. 1 bowlCurd or buttermilk
  8. 8Black pepper

    Soak rice and dal separate to overnight next day drain out water and grind in mixer with curd or buttermilk now keep aside to warm place for fermentation now in batter add adrak mirchi paste salt oil and bak soda stir it and make netter fluffy for now Grease to plate and pour better into platen transfer to steamer simmer for ten minutes for steam sprinkle red mirchi powder and cover to lid after 10 mins dhokla become spongy and soft cut into square serve with cooking oil and red lahsuni chutney.
