A delicious rich creamy chicken recipe which is cooked with cream,cashewnuts and fenugreek.This is a typical North Indian cuisine and best enjoyed with tandoori roti, naan or any Indian flat bread.
Steps

Marinate chicken with little salt,turmeric,red chilli powder and lemon juice for an hour.

Make a paste of melon seeds,malai, curd,tomato puree and few cashewnuts.

Heat oil in a wok and lightly fry the chicken.Then sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and fry the onion crispy brown and set aside.Then add the ground paste and the chicken.

Add crushed kasoori methi, ghee,little more tomato puree,salt to taste and toss till oil leaves sides.Add little water and cook under low flame till chicken is done.Sprinkle tandoori masala and garam masala.Garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander.Serve with tandoori naan or chapati.
