Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl wheat flour
  2. 1chopped Onion
  3. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  4. 3-4chopped green chilles
  5. 8-10curry leaves
  6. 1 tbspnTamarind pulp /2 tbspn Tamarind soaked water
  7. 1 tbspnjaggery
  8. 1tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 pinchhing
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  12. 1 tsppeanuts
  13. Some Coriander leaves
  14. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds, peanuts, hing, green chillies,curry leaves. Add chopped onions, garlic and saute.

    Add turmeric powder and add wheat flour and roast till it turns light brown. Add salt.

    Add Tamrind pulp/water, jaggery and mix well. Cover with lid and let it steam for 5-10 mins.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
