Mix atta,ajwain, salt with water make a dough for puri

Make small balls and roll puri

Now take kdhai heat oil for frying

Fry puri one by one.

Take cokker for aloo.

Heat oil add cumin seeds

Now add onion saute till brown

Add tomato puree and green chilli. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, amchoor powder

Saute for 3 minutes on low flame

Now add aloo pieces

Cook for 5 6 whistle.
