Put the pieces of Chicken Thigh Bones on a tray, dress(sprinkle) the powder in the order:chicken masala, ginger, garlic. Then sprinkle the pieces with the two tablespoon of vinegar and salt at the end.

Leave the pieces for 30 minutes. Then start roasting them on the grill. Once roasted, put them in a hotpot to serve them while hot later on.
