Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPowder milk (Nido)
  2. 1 tbspOil.
  3. 1/2 tspBaking Powder.
  4. 1/2 tspFlour.
  5. 1Egg.
  6. For ras of ras malai
  7. 1 literFull fat milk.
  8. 1/2 cupSugar.
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder.

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in dry and clean bowl

  2. 2

    Beat an egg and add gradually to form a dough

  3. 3

    Meanwhile boil 1lit milk add sugar and cardamom powder let it simmer on low flame

  4. 4

    Make small smooth balls from the dough almost 12 will form (there should be crack in it)

  5. 5

    Add balls gradually in boiling milk let it be cook on low flame

  6. 6

    Balls will increase there size

  7. 7

    Remove from heat and dish out it add pista for garnishing and enjoy
