Ingredients

  1. 1orange
  2. 1apple
  3. 2 teaspoonhoney
  4. 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel orange and cut into small pieces. For the apples remove seeds and core and cut into 16 pieces.

  2. 2

    In a blender add the fruits, honey and water. Blend until smooth. You can sieve or not.

  3. 3

    Serve chilled for the best results
