Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsroasted peanuts
  2. 2 tablespoonsmelted salted butter
  3. 1/4-1/2 teaspoonHimalayan pink salt
  4. 50 gramsSwerve (to taste)
  5. 2 teaspoonsinulin (optional, not necessary)
  6. 5 dropsliquid sucralose

Steps

    Prepare all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Place the peanuts in a food processor. Grind coarsely, set aside 150 grams of peanuts if you want to make crunchy peanut butter...

  3. 3

    Add salt, Swerve, and inulin. Grind again until smooth and the oil is released.

  4. 4

    Check the consistency of the peanuts, gradually add the melted butter until the desired consistency is reached. Add the liquid sucralose. Grind again until well mixed. Taste test.

  5. 5

    Mix with the peanuts that were set aside. Stir well using a spatula.
