Now take a pressure cooker add ghee then fry the kaju and kishmish. Now put it out. Then add jeera, kali mirch laung, both elaichies, tejpatta, star anise in ghee... Crackle it... After that add peas and fry it now add rice, water and salt, kaju and kishmish. Cook it for 2 whistle...

Matar pulav is ready.... Serve it with pickle...
