Poha Kebabs

Soak poha for 10 minutes. Peel the boil potatoes.

After that take poha, potato, chilli powder, Garam masala powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, curd and knead a soft dough.

Now make kebabs and roll into seasme seeds, make all like this.

Then take non-stick pan spread 1 teaspoon oil and swallow fry all kebabs.

Served with any sauce or Chutney.
