Stuffed Garlic bread

Take the 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tbsp yeast mix gently and covered it and keep at warm place for 5 to 7 min for yeast to activate.

In a bowl mix together salt, maida, milk powder, 1 tbsp sugar.

Make a well in the centre and add yeast mixture. Knead well adding 1 cup water to make sticky, soft dough, knead well for about 5 min.

Add oil and knead further for 5- 8 min. Make the smooth elastic dough.

Rob oil in a bowl and rub oil around the dough making it into ball and place in the bowl.cover with cling wrap, ferment keeping in warm place door 1 hour.

Roll the half dough in to a round, spread butter, and on the half portion of the roti sprinkle dried garlic, cheese, boiled corn, pizza mix, spread processed cheese and cover with another portion and press the edges with fork.

On the top first milk wash and spread the butter, chilli flakes, pizza mix.with help of knife put cut.

Keep aside for 10 min for proofing.

Bake at 170 for 15- 20 min.

Immediately brush with melted butter.

Serve hot with ketchup 😋.
