Steps

Take 1 cup of boiled chana dal in a bowl. Soaked in water for 3-4 hours

Now add 2 tsp each of fennel seeds and cumin seeds.

Add 2-3 chopped green chillies and 1/2inch garnished ginger in it.

Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/3 cup water

Put the mixture in the mixture and make a paste out of it.

Add salt,red chilli powder, asafoetida and Garam masala

Now add dil leaves in it and mix well. Now make a smooth dough of the mixture.

Make round cutler shapes with the dough.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Cutlets in it until golden brown.

Remove from heat and place it on a tissue paper....
