Steps

Soak the dal for 6 -8 hours.

Drain and then grind the dal to smooth paste

Melt ghee in non stick pan.add dal..stir well

Keep on stirring halwa on a low to medium flame

When dal changes it's colour..switch off the gas

Now again grind this dal.

Now in one pan add water and sugar and little amount of yellow colour cook on medium flame to make chashani

On another side hot the non stick pan add dal paste and add dry fruit in this

Continue stir halwa and add chashni in this

Keep on stirring on low to medium flame

When water starts getting dry..cook on low flame

After 4-5minutes halwa is ready to eat
