Steps

Firstly cut the edge of the bread with the help of knife and remove it. Grind the bread slice into the mixer jar and crumble it keep aside.

Heat a pan add milk and bring to boil on a medium flame. When the milk brings to boil adjust the flame to low heat.

Add the grind bread crumbs and constantly stir to prevent any lumps.

Cook it for a minute on low flame. Add condensed milk/sugar and mix well.

Then add dessicated coconut and again continue to cook and stir the mixtures till dries.

Now add 1 tsp ghee and mix it. You will see that the mixture automatically binds together and starts leaving pan.

Turn off the flame and keep it aside and cool down. Add cardamom powder and nuts and mix well

Grease your hands with some ghee and divide the mixture into three parts.

In one part add red colour and mix well. In second part add yellow colour and mix well and in third part add green colour and mix well.

Take a small mixture from the dough and roll into round shape ball.

Coat each balls in Desiccated coconutevenly and all over the ball.

Place it in the plate and garnish with cherry and gems and ready it to serve.
