Microwave made custard
easiest way to make homemade custard! I made this to prepare my apple pie. #microwavechallenge

In a glass bowl, mix together egg yolk, sugar, flour and milk and *mix well after each addition*

Cover your bowl with cling film and put the bowl in your microwave and heat for 1 mins. Remove your bowl and mix it. Repeat this procedure 3 times. Your custard will start thickens.

At the end, heat it for one and half. When your custard becomes thickened enough, it’s done. Add butter and vanilla essence.

When you let your custard cool, don’t forget to cover completely with cling film. Otherwise the surface will get dry.
