Farali Buff Vada

First of all in a mixer jar add sesame seeds, peanuts and fennal seeds. Crush it.

In large mixing bowl add boiled potatoes. Mash it. Add shingala flour and salt to taste.

Stuffing : In a plate add crush powder, dry coconut, chopped coriander, lemon juice, cashew and raisins. Add green chilli and ginger paste, salt and powder sugar. Mix it well.

Stuffing is ready. Grease your palms and ready the dough into smooth balls.

Make equal medium size balls from the potato mixture.

Grease your palm with oil and take a potato ball and flatten it by pressing with your finger tips.

Now pull it from all the sides and make a smooth ball.
Dust the ball lightly in the dry shingala flour.

Heat enough oil to deep fry in a deep and broad pan

Add few balls in the pan and deep fry on medium heat

When buff vada become golden from all the sides then remove on a paper napkin

Serve hot.
