Jack fruit Chop

First take boiled jackfruit and potatoes and mash it. Take a pan. Heat oil. Then add Zeera and mustard seeds. Then fry it. After that add Chana Dal, onion, garlic, ginger, groundnut and green chilli. Fry it for some time till the colour changes.

Then add mashed jackfruit and potatoes. And Mix it well. Then add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and fry it. After that add kasuri methi and coriander leaves. When all the masalas mix well switch off the gas and cool it in a plate. Take a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, Zeera and baking soda.

Pour water to it and Mix it well like a thin paste. When our masala gets cool make small balls of it. Dip the balls in the Besan paste and put it on a plate. Switch on the gas and heat 1 glass of oil. Then deep fry the balls.

When the ball changes it's colour take it in a plate. Our Jackfruit Chop is ready. Serve it hot with tomato sauce and Tomato Chutney and fried green chilli.
