Ingredients

  • 500 GMbhindi
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 2 tspamchur
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash bhindi and keep in strainer so that water drain

  2. 2

    Now slit bhindi

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add carom seeds,add bhindi and all spices

  4. 4

    Stir it and cove fit,now cook until bhindi become tender.
