First of all wash and soak the rice for 1 to 2 hours. Keep aside.

Now a take a pan add ghee and heat it.

Then add cumin seeds, chewshnut and raises, all spices and will saute lightly golden.

Now add green chilli then add grated tomato fry for 2 minutes on slow flame.

Then add peas, rice and pour enough water cook rice, when it become to boil add salt and red chilli powder and garam masala and covered it.

Now when drains rice, cook until the rice is completely done on slow flame and cover the pan. And switch off the flame.

After 5-6 minutes open it and mix it well then serve it hot hot with green chutney.....
