Grilled Potato Cheese Sandwich

Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel the skin of the potatoes. Cut them into slices and keep aside.

Prepare the green chutney and keep it ready. Recipe for Green Chutney is as follows: 1 cup Coriander Leaves, 5 to 6 Green Chillies, 2 tbsp Curd, Juice of Half Lemon, 5 Sambar Onions, 3 cloves Garlic, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder and Pink Salt as required. Add all the above ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

Trim away all the four sides of all the 8 bread slices and keep aside.

Now to prepare the grilled sandwich: To make each sandwich, take two bread slices. On one slice apply butter on both sides and on the other slice, apply butter only on one side.

Arrange the Potato slices on the buttered side. Place a cheese slice on top of the potato slices. Add green chutney on the other slice and place the chutney slice on the cheese. Set the grill switch on 6 and grill the sandwiches. Serve hot with green chutney.
