Steps

Soak Barnyard millet, Urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours. Drain the soaked water and grinde them with fresh water to the paste -seperately and mix. Ferment the batter for 6 hours atleast.

Add salt to the fermented batter, mix well. To make orange and green colors batter - add #cooked carrot pieces with cup of batter in mixer jar and grinde. Add #spinach leaves with cup of batter grinde in mixer jar.

To make Dosa, heat the dosa pan, grease the oil, put dosa batter on the pan in required colour and bake on both sides. DOSA IS READY. And using #same batter can make tri colour idlis-grease the idli plates with oil put the batter in plates and steam in cooker for 15 minutes, IDLIS are ready. SERVE HOT WITH TRI Colour COCONUT CHUTNEY.
