Ingredients

  1. 200 ggrated cheese
  2. 1/2 cupSweet corn
  3. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  4. 1Green capsicum
  5. to tasteSalt, black pepper powder
  6. 1 tspChat masala,
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. as neededCorn flour
  9. 2 tbspMaida
  10. as neededBread crumbs
  11. 1Potato big
  12. to tasteOregano dry

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add the grated cheese, boiled and mashed potato, boiled sweet corn, green capsicum, coriander leaves, pepper, oregano, salt, chat masala, corn flour, and mix every thing well.

    Apply a little oil on your palm and about 1/2 inches balls from the mixture.

    In a bowl add all purpose flour and water and mix them.

  4. 4

    In a kadai heat oil to deep fry.

  5. 5

    In a bowl take some breadcrumbs

  6. 6

    Dip the cheese balls in all purpose flour mixture and then in breadcrumbs​.

  7. 7

    Deep fry cheese balls on a medium flame.

  8. 8

    Serve cheese corn balls receipe hot with red or green chutney.
