In a pan roast all the spice on medium flame. Transfer it to a bowl. let it cool.

Roast the dry coconut on high flame. The out layer of coconut should be dark, try not burn completely inside layer of coconut. allow it to cool down. Completely.

Now grind the roasted spices and coconut separately and make a fine powder. keep it aside.

Now take a pan add 1tbs oil, heat it on medium flame, now add boiled pea, capsicum, tomatoes. Add salt mix it well.

Once tomatoes cooked well, then add boiled potaoes.

Now mash the veggies and potatoes with masher. Make sure no big chunks of veggies should not be left. Add little water. Mix it well.

Now add, add burnt coconut powder,spices powder, and amchor powder mix all well.

In another pan heat 2 tbs butter, finely chopped onions, garlic paste. Cook till onion become pink in colo. Then add cooked black bhaji in it, add little water and cook for another 2 min.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, and place butter on top. Serve hot with fried pav and onions.
