Preheat oven to 325 degrees, coat 9 in spring form pan with oil spray.

Combine crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar in pan stir in butter. Press into bottom and 1" up sides. Bake until light brown, ~7 minutes

Beat cream cheese unil smooth, gradually add in sugar, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Blend in Bailey's and vanilla.

Sprinkle 1/2 of choc chips over crust. Spoon in filling, sprinkle remaining choc chips. Bake until puffed, springy in center and golden brown. 1 hr 20 minutes. Refrigerate
