  • 1pint(473ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1can(16oz, 397g) Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 1 tspLemon Juice (option)

  1. 1

    Put peeled lychees into the blender and make pure. (Add lemon juice) And put it aside.

    Put heavy whipping cream into the blender and whip about 50%. (Don't whips it completely.)

    Add condensed milk, lychee pure.

    Blend it about 30 seconds.

    Pour it into container. And put it in the fridge in least 8 hours. (Mix it two times with fork every 2 hours.)

    Scoop the ice cream with spoon.

In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much! Then I thought, "Why don't I make it?" So, now I bake breads almost everyday and cooking Japanese foods here in Florida. It's difficult to find some Japanese ingredients, but I'm trying. I also plant Japanese vegetables to use for cooking.
