Whisk the eggs and sugar until it foams

Mix the milk with the orange juice and zest

Mix and sieve the flour and baking soda

Alternately add the flour mix and the orange juice mix to the egg mix, folding in until well combined with each addition

Pour the batter in two prepared loaf pans and bake on medium heat for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Enjoy your yummy loaf any beverage of choice

Note that you can add additional 1/2 cup of sugar if your sweet tooth is higher in level than mine. 😉😊
