Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 400 grShrimps
  2. 1onion
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1spring onion
  5. 4 tbspbutter
  6. 4cherry tomatoes
  7. 1 1/2 tbspsweet soy sauce
  8. 1 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  9. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melt 2 tbsp butter in a non stick skillet, and spread it evenly over the skillet

  2. 2

    After all butter has melted, place the shrimps in the skillet in one layer. Sear it until the color turn into orange

  3. 3

    Set the shrimps aside

  4. 4

    Using the same skillet, add 2 more table spoon butter, let it melt

  5. 5

    Add garlic and onion, saute it until fragrant, and then add some black pepper. Stir them all together

  6. 6

    Stir in sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce

  7. 7

    Add a little bit of water, stir it evenly until it's thickened

  8. 8

    Add the shrimps back in to the skillet. Stir it until all the shrimps are coated with the sauce

  9. 9

    Stir in spring onion and cherry tomatoes for one minute only, not too long, so the color of tomatoes and spring onion still looks fresh

    Shrimps in Oyster sauce is ready to be served

Second amount of butter was too much. Not sure what to do with the onion...slice thinly or chop coarsely. Mince garlic ?
