2carrots
1onion
1bell pepper
2 clovesgarlic
1Royco cube(optional)
Enough water to boil

Steps

Place all ingredients in a sufuria and bring to a boil for 5 min
2

Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30-45min
3

Once ready, discard vegetables used and store the stock in fridge till ready to use. Ps/ do not add any salt to the stock as it will be used later in stews or soups
