Boil omena n cup full water for around 10-15mins and refresh..

In a clean pan cook the onions slighty without colouring... add marshed garlic and ginger.. cook for 1 min.. add the tomatoes and green pepper. cook for 3min

Add the coriander and the omena and season to desired taste.... let it cook for around 5-7min..
