Take a pan and add some oil.

When oil is medium to heat then add chopped tomatoes and saute it for few minutes.

Then add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper.

Then add boiled potatoes and stir it for few seconds then add required water.

When water is boiled then switch of the flame.

Now potatoes is ready.

Samak roti:

Take a bowl add samak aata, salt, black pepper and water and knead well.

Cover with a samp cloth and keep with aside for 5 minutes.

Then break dough form the dough and coat in dry flour.

Then roll out the chapati lightly with less pressures.

Roast the chapati an a tawa with a few drops of ghee until it's brown and thoroughly cooked.

Serve the chapati with aloo, curd and salad.
